Email us and a person will reply, usually within two business days.
If it’s about a particular song, include its share link or the recipient’s name, and roughly when you made it.
My song didn’t finish
If a song fails partway through, the credit it used goes back to your account automatically, so you can try again without paying twice. If it keeps failing, email us with the recipient’s name and roughly when you tried.
I bought songs but don’t see them
Open Sungto with an internet connection and give it a moment; purchases are confirmed with Apple in the background. If your songs still haven’t appeared, open the purchase screen and tap Restore Purchases. Still missing? Email us with your Apple order ID from the receipt Apple emailed you.
Redeeming an offer code
In the app, open the purchase screen (tap your song count at the top of the home screen) and tap Redeem Code. You can also redeem a code in the App Store app: tap your profile picture, then Redeem Gift Card or Code. The songs are added the next time you open Sungto.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple, so Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t see your payment details or issue refunds ourselves.
New phone or reinstalled the app
Stay signed in to the same iCloud account, and Sungto finds your existing songs and remaining credits when you open it. If they don’t come back, email us.
Keeping a song
Songs stay in the app and at their share link for 30 days, then they’re deleted. To keep one for good, download it from the song screen.
Deleting a song or your data
To delete a song, open it in the app and tap Delete. That removes its audio, its share link, and its details straight away. To delete anything else we hold, email us and we’ll confirm once it’s done. See the Privacy Policy for what we keep and why.
A song about me was shared without my consent
Email us the share link and we’ll take the song down. You don’t need the app or an account to ask.
Reporting inappropriate content
Songs are checked automatically before they’re made, but if you come across one that’s hateful, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate, email us the share link.
