Their name, who they are to you and the occasion.
Change a line or add a detail. Nothing is sung until you say so.

Pick one to start with. The language, genre, mood and voice carry over to the song maker.
A song for Mom lands when it names what she actually did: the phone call at the right moment, the way she cut the fruit, the sentence she says at every door. Give Sungto a few of those and the lyrics are made from them, with her name in the chorus.
The occasion is optional on purpose. Mother’s Day and birthdays are the usual reasons; “just because” is a real choice too.
She may not hear her own name in English. Songs can be in Hindi, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, German, French or Japanese, each with its own genres, and her name is respelled for the singer in that language.
You see every line first and can change it, so nothing surprising is sung. For a feel of the style, the example for a grandmother, Rosa, was made from a garden that feeds the whole street and a tune hummed while cooking.
